My own Detoxifying Program


With 2 little girls, my little business start up pressure, house holding.... forced to manage things as a single mom (due to Raj's extensive travelling) my life become hectic. Depressed, stressed, tensed :( To get out of all this I started my own detoxifying process for Mind, Body and Soul. I looked some detox program, but nothing is like home remedies, which I need to spend a lot on membership fee. So I structured my own. Might sound funny but I feel refresh. I will share my each week start up needs and process and at the end of the week also discuss about the experience. Friends if you wish you could also join with me in my small journey. To start this program I needed some preparation. I'm not a person who takes water quite often other than for thirst. So for last 2 weeks I prepared myself both my body and mind to adapt lot of liquids. Prep Week 1: 4 liter of drinking water each day. I followed in pattern 1/2 liter break down. Initial couple of days it was very difficult, But later I'm used to it :) Morning : 1/2 liter after brushing. Break for 1 to 2 hour 1/2 liter break for 15 to 20 mins, then very light breakfast with green tea I added ginger in that. Break for 2 hours Lunch: 1/2 liter 20 mins before lunch. normal lunch. 1/2 liter with every 2 hours break Diner: 20 mins before diner final 1/2 liter. Light diner Finally before bedtime green tea with ginger. Ginger helps to break the toxin molecules Prep Week 2: Same steps but with warm water. Now I'm ready for the program. My milestone target is 3 months. Hope to finish the deadline and cleanse my body from toxins. I structured my own program. I structured it for 10 weeks. This detox program is for Mind Body and Soul.
